Jeff Barber

Jeff Barber serves as the Vice President of Capital Projects at Elevate Property Partners.  Key responsibilities include management and execution of capital projects ensuring work is completed within budget, schedule and scope. Jeff also assists asset management and the acquisitions groups with due diligence and underwriting of new assets.

Prior to joining University Partners, Jeff was the Vice President of Construction for Olympus Multifamily Management.  He spent 10 years at Olympus executing capital projects, conducting due diligence, working on asset acquisitions, and national contract negotiations.  Jeff retired from the United States Marine Corps in 2015 after serving 20 years as a helicopter pilot and operational planning specialist.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in business communication from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College at Marine Corps University.
