Lisa Yeh

EVP Head of Asset Management

Lisa Yeh serves as EVP Head of Asset Management at Elevate Property Partners, managing a portfolio of ~15,000 units across the US. Lisa is responsible for leading and driving the overall asset management strategy and business plan execution for entire life cycle for each investment.

Lisa brings over 20 years of multifamily experience including serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Sentral leading and directing the day-to-day operations and the company's strategic growth. Prior to Sentral, Lisa oversaw operations, asset management, CSR, and procurement for Essex Property Trust — a best-in-class REIT and member of the S&P 500 — for its $20 billion+ real estate portfolio across 250 locations. Lisa also held other senior roles including asset management, operations, development, redevelopment, and acquisition with some of the industry’s most recognizable companies, including AvalonBay Communities, CityView, Casden Properties, and KB Home.

Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree in real estate development from the University of Southern California. Lisa was awarded Women of Influence in 2023 by GlobeSt. Real Estate and won several awards for MFE Best Renovation Projects.
